We have one option available for a complete 15' powered replacement awning. That is the Solera XL 12V Power RV Awning # LCV000334950-362243. This will require 78" of space on the wall from the awning rail straight down for each bracket and at least 4-1/2" of clearance between the awning rail and the top of the entry door. This awning is probably a little longer than what you have now with a 9'8" projection but that will give you 20% more shade.

The Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 just needs 12V power in order to charge and operate. While you technically can power it via the motorhome 12V power I don't recommend doing this because it adds more connections to the mix and a higher possibility for the brake system to not be powered.

What you're looking for is an inverter which converts 12V DC power to 110V AC power. To find the correct size inverter you'll need to figure out the the wattage draw for the items you're planning on powering. Something like the # 34282690 is rated for 200 watts while the # 34278156 is rated for 2,000.

The amount of panels you can have is going to depend on their output and the maximum input capacity of the solar controller. For example, the Go Power MPPT Solar Charge Controller # GP54FR you were looking at has a maximum input of 1040W @ 12V; 2080W @ 24V; 3120W @ 36V; and 4160W @ 48V.

The problem with running a power wire from your travel trailer battery is there is nothing maintaining the power supply to your trailer battery and when it dies or the power begins to drop your braking can stop working. You really need to have Wire # 10-1-1 with a Circuit Breaker # PK54230PL running to the battery on your 2018 Honda Odyssey. Rich, the 12V wire is not going to charge your lithium battery well. Typically when you start your vehicle and your alternator is charging the starting battery, you will get some charging to your lithium battery while the alternator is outputting at bulk or absorption voltage, but once the starting battery reaches the float stage you will get a very minimal amount of charging to your battery.

Appreciate the purchase and I definitely understand wanting to be more efficient, but the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Trailer Winch # TW4015 should not be hooked up to the 12V outlet as the winch needs a direct connection to the battery. This is to protect the electronics and wiring on your vehicle as that outlet is not designed to pull the power a winch needs and could leads to all kinds of chaos. view full answer...

There aren't higher rated 7-pin plugs available but what we usually do in a situation like this would be to splice in some Anderson-style connectors # DL24085 with a higher gauge wire. We have not had a chance to install the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR on a Ford Maverick yet. Since your 12V outlet shuts off with the vehicle you will need to install the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332. It looks like the factory 12V is on a timer so it shuts off after a certain amount of time. The timer can be extended with FORScan but apparently you can't change it to stay on indefinitely so that won't work with flat towing. One way or another you will want to run this off of a 12V battery like # BRW94FR if you don't already have one on the trailer. You could use the 12V line from the 7-way to keep power running to the battery. However, this is only a maintenance charge so you can expect to drain the battery while operating the fridge.

You will be able to use either the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger 60-Amp # PD79RR or 45-Amp # PD69RR to charge your lithium battery. The difference is going to come down to the maximum rate of charge that can go to the battery or batteries if you add a 2nd battery, which results in how quickly the battery can reach a full charge.
